Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Solvit Solver account and its associated
personal data at any time, directly from the app or by emailing us.

In the app

1. Open your Profile — Sign in to Solvit Solver and tap your profile icon
   in the top-right corner.
2. Scroll to Delete Account — Find the Delete Account button near the
   bottom of your Profile screen.
3. Confirm the request — Review the warning and tap Delete Account
   again to confirm. You’ll be signed out immediately.

What gets deleted

Removed or anonymized

• Profile details — your name, phone number, and email are anonymized
• Account access — your login identity is removed and the account is
  disabled

Retained where legally required

• Completed service records — job and payment history tied to fulfilled
  contracts, kept for accounting and legal compliance
• Data under active legal hold — any records subject to an ongoing
  dispute, audit, or authority request

Processing time: Deletion requests are completed immediately from
within the app.

Prefer email

If you can’t access the app, send a deletion request from your registered
email to support@solvit.co.ke. We’ll confirm
your identity and process the request within one month, as required under
Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.
